1.1 In the case of consumer sales, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7: 5 of the Dutch Civil Code), the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount, a written report must be made at the HAEVN webshop within 14 days of receipt. HAEVN webshop will transfer the original purchase price and, in the case of a complete return shipment, the original shipping costs within 30 days after the receipt of the return shipment.
1.3 Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. Proof of shipment must be able to be handed over. The shipping costs for the return shipment are also at the expense of the buyer.
1.4 Exceptions are sound carriers, these must still be in the unopened, undamaged original packaging. And also personalized (signed) articles are not included.
